This is indeed a brand new property and it sparkles. Love the beach décor and art. This house offers so much it's hard to believe; we chose very quickly so I didn't fully digest it until I arrived...wait, a virtually private beach? a hot tub? volleyball court? paddleboards and kayak? fire pit? pool? shuffleboard? outdoor dining and furniture? This is as close to paradise as a rental gets. Highly recommend.

Beautiful homes right on what feels like your own private beach. We were a group of 10 and had a fantastic time. The staff on site was outstanding and really catered to our every need. Our kids were always entertained with the pool, hot tub, kayaks on the ocean, bean bags, volleyball and soccer nets. Paradise!
My family and I stayed here for 10 days in June. This property is truly spectacular,the reality is better than pics. There is beauty everywhere you look. The beach is a hidden gem with warm picturesque clear water. The house overlooks the open waters, it was amazing to wake up to this view every day.We already miss it!
